Related to a statutory modification, Special Cargo Services Eindhoven BV will continue its activities under the name Global DG Solutions BV.
A few years ago, SCS Eindhoven already changed in a stand-alone BV, which makes its own management arise. The end of 2014, a friendly possibility was offered to acquire all shares. This actually means that there is no more connection with Special Cargo Services. However there will be exist a close cooperation with Special Cargo Services at Schiphol in the background.
